Real experience

Amazing meal and service from the bar, the calamari was delicious. The squid ink pasta with lobster sauce, was really tasty. Also it has a ton of lobster meat to the dish, worth the money. Excited to come back and try the meatballs, they looked solid.

what a lovely evening. absolute bliss lost track of time. the ambiance transports you somewhere else with the furniture selection and mood lighting and all of it really. our server Randy was so entertaining and hospitable. this place is probably the most wheelchair accessible on fed hill. then of course the food was delicious. they brought me gluten free rolls as the bread service and my friend the regular focaccia and olive oil. i didn’t even have to ask, they just noticed the notation on my opentable profile.

they substituted the pork ingredients without changing the taste of dishes. i ate every bite and am full without bloat. we sat drinking tea for a while afterwards and enjoyed the space. i have been here a few times in the past but this was my favorite visit so i needed to share!

Massimo is a fancy new school Italian restaurants. They have some of the better calamari in providence and the bread is great.

The squid ink pasta was exceptional, and the chicken parm was good as well. We dined at 4:30 and our waitress was a little inattentive. This was disappointing because I’m sure we were her only table. However, the food and atmosphere were great

Our thanksgiving plans were cancelled last minute so Massimo was the only place we could get a reservation. Our server Janelle was very good she was very bubbly and was smiling all the time even though she was working on Thanksgiving. This was our 2nd visit to Massimo’s and we are going back soon. The Thanksgiving meal we had was fabulous. I felt like we were treated like family. This is at the top of our list from now on. Thanks to all the staff who had to work on Thanksgiving and for treating us like family!

I booked a reservation for my husband’s birthday and we dined before attending a concert in Providence. Brianna was our server and was great! The pace of service, food and ambience was great! Very attentive to the fact that it was a birthday. We willl return!

It was my first time here and let me tell you I was impressed. The service was fantastic. Clean place. The food was amazing. Everything tasted phenomenal and made with love. The server was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this spot. I will definitely go back again when I go visit my family. It is definitely worth it. Absolutely amazing food! I highly recommend the chicken Parmesan and the lasagna. Soooo delicious indeed.

Wonderful restaurant! The menu offers something for everyone. My husband ordered the veal and loved it. I ordered the lasagna and now all other lasagna will fail to live up to this plate. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are hearty.
