The food is amazing. The red chili sauce not only has a lot of flavor, but for those who love a bit of spicy, it has a lot of that as well. I had a roast beef burrito, which was amazing. Even though the restaurant was really busy, the service was great. One of my favorite restaurants.

Stop the presses! Talk about awesome New Mexican cuisine! In town on business, decided to treat my colleague to a meal at this local Albuquerque gem. Tomasita’s did not disappoint! I kicked off my meal with an amazing chicken tortilla soup with nice thick chunks of chicken…i washed it down with an awesome Arnold Palmer(basically ice tea and lemonade).
I was thirsty and our server recognized that show so she wasted no time and brought over refills. While my colleague dined on a scrumptous chile relleno dish. I opted for the crispy chicken taco plate with chicken. This plate was served with plenty of pinto beans and sopapillas, with honey…awwww maaan…that was so so good. I had to try 1 sopapilla with honey…it was delicious. Next time you crave some dang good new mexican food, check out Tomasita’s!!

The food was great. Im vegetarian and I loved that they had options. The server even told me the posole had pork and to get rice. Everything was very tasty. I gave 3 stars for service bc no one came to my table until I flagged someone down. It was a very busy night, and when the server did come she was very nice and apologetic. The sopapilla and honeybutter were so good

This was the first time we have eaten here and I will say it was a nice surprise! I ate the Tostada Compeusta. They are stuffed with chicken and Green Chile and it comes with rice and beans. When I took a bite I got a pleasant aroma of roasted Green Chile! Need less to say, I would recommend eating here.
Wonderful atmosphere and great service! Our food was fantastic, very generous portions and the price is right!!! The sopapillas are huge and tasty! We had the Tortilla Soup and Chicken Quesadillas- superb! Definitely on our list for many returns.

While visiting. Albuquerque for the balloon festival, we decided to try this Mexican restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend. Well let’s just say it was just as good as it was described. The food excellent. The service very good. And even the drinks made by the bartender was good. Prices were reasonable as well. I had the menudo and the wife had cheese enchiladas. The chili was great as well. We do recommend and we will be back.

This place is amazing!! I wish we had one where we live. The food was great. The waiter Nate was very proficient and nice. Would recommend to anyone in Albuquerque.
