Vinyl Taco Restaurant

Loved this place. Try the Crispy Chicken Mango as it was my favorite of the three. I also had a barbacoa which was good but crispy was better. I also had a chicken tings which was great with a bit of heat!! Such a cool spot. We came here after an awful experience at another restaurant, and it was incredible! Service was friendly and prompt. Food was great. Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back!

Got the Carne Asada tacos. Went in for lunch about 1:30pm, not busy at all. Service was prompt, bartender was friendly and attentive. Food came in a timely manner and was delicious, I got the Carne asada tacos. Had a pleasant conversation with the bartender about other dining options around town. I will definitely be back. We were greeted warmly upon entering.

Offered drink specials. Wait staff was fairly pressured but this did not take away from overall experience. Chips as always were fresh and crisp. Salsa delicious. The chimichanga was tasty and filling. The atmosphere with the open ceilings and vinyl album decor is exciting and fun.

Today was only the second time I had been to Vinyl Taco, and it was better than the first. I wasn’t sure what to order, but the bartender, Megan, was kind and helpful and gave me some suggestions. I ended up ordering a fish taco, the mango chicken taco and a fajita chicken taco. I was most impressed by the fish taco, I myself am not usually a fan, but this one was great.

The other two were good, but the clear victor of the three was the fish. If you’re looking to spice it up a notch, be sure to ask for the habanero salsa, it’s delicious, but be careful, it has a kick. The is a great place to dine, good food and a great drink selection, with Mexican beers on tap on a wide variety of tequilas. A warm and cozy spot with eclectic decor.

I liked the chicken burrito Supreme for 11.99. You don’t get chips for free here but can order. Al la Carte menu. I like that you can park right at the door on the street if not busy. I recommend if in downtown Fargo. Great tequila options and prices if interested in sipping.

Good atmosphere, creative menu, exciting food choices that go beyond standard Mexican menu options. I’ve been to Mexico many times and have tasted a variety of authentic Mexican meals. This place is good but not quite spectacular. I would still recommend it if you want to try something different.

Stopped in to check our Vinyl Taco and glad we did. I tried 3 tacos a Pork belly, a barbacoa and carne asada. I would rank them in that order but they were all very good! As was the black beans side. My wife had the chicken smothered burrito and she was also super please with it.

Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. The Bloody Mary’s went well food and it seemed to have its own unique flavor. Kind of tasted like salsa I think. We would absolutely go back.
