I found this gem on Yelp. I was looking for a spot to grab lunch and I’m glad I came across this Cuban food restaurant. First I tried the beef and chicken empanadas and they were great, I loved the salsa verde on them. For lunch I had the lechón encebollado with garlic tostones.
I was quickly impressed. The food was rich and flavorful. The portions were big and had enough to take home for later. My Wife had the bistek encebollado and same, delicious! Altogether for two ppl I paid $36+ tip. Very happy with my first experience

Hidden gem in back of the yards my fiance loves to get food everytime we come to the southside and the ice coffe is amazing . Highly recommended

In morning to try the steak and egg, I will give it a 7 of 10, it’s better w/o tomatoes. Coffee is 
. Got most of the attention from the cook that is in and out to make sure all is well. The waitress needs to get to know how to service better. Like check up on you, or see from distance when is needed.. big advice if service providers are sitting, do not give your back to consumers
