Farmers Fishers Bakers Restaurant Washington DC

Third time  in Farmers Fishers Bakers. Every time they have nailed it. Good food, good service, great location. This time we were outside in the patio tent with a table for 4. Abigail did a great job serving us. Food was very good all around. Prices are on par for this popular tourist area of DC…maybe even a little less than par as other restaurants are pricey down by the water. I definitely recommend their island style drinks. They are a lot of fun!

We ate at the bar at Brunch to avoid wait at the door. Service was great, the cioppino and fried shrimp absolutely delicious. One of the BEST Bloody Mary’s I’ve had in DC.

Comment 2 :

Very busy for a Thursday but then again we’re not from her so maybe that’s normal for a Thursday night. We ate at the bar and the bartender was very helpful. She served us very quickly and we enjoyed a nice meal. The prices are good and the food delicious. Started with their spinach salad, I could have eaten just that it was so delicious. Then ordered the cioppino which was full of a variety of fish and very tasty that I couldn’t finish it. Great place and perfect location. Recommend a reservation to guarantee your seating without the wait.

Comment 3 :

Enjoyed the service, love the food and their drinks were on point! Started with the tuna tartare and mussel pot in the coconut curry sauce, had the Cioppino as my entree, finished with the beignet with bourbon caramel, raspberry and chocolate sauce. I had a Roger Rabbit as my drink, which was freshly made deliciousness that I think had carrots, pear, orange and pineapple.

Comment 4 :

A little expensive but delicious none the less. Order the Cioppino, it’s loaded down with seafood!
