Honey Road Restaurant Vermont

Excellent food. We loved the steak and lamb main dishes. Drinks were also interesting and flavorful. The only reason I tipped the star off was bec the orders weren’t timed well so we waited forever for my friend’s dish to come out.

Excellent atmosphere to enjoy Mediterranean food. Beautiful presentation and delicious taste to all dishes we shared. We had halibut, steak, chicken wings, lamb, and hummus. All were wonderful. This is a must when in Burlington.

OMG this place is like a flavor party in your mouth. Such unique and interesting blends of Eastern Mediterranean flavors. We were visiting Burlington and stumbled upon this place by chance. Would definitely repeat next time.

Every plate was amazing in its own way. Portions are on the smaller side, so if you’re hungry you’ll probably want to order a good amount of plates.

The roasted carrots and house ricotta with honey was a creamy dream, so tasty!! It’s a small plate so not sure I would repeat.

The braised lamb and simit bun is amazing. Would recommend ordering one per person, it’s hard to share and is a must try.

Kale salad with tahini sauce is great, easy to share and decently sized.

Oh and the lamb kofta, great texture, amazing combination of flavors. Highly recommended.

We didn’t try any drinks but by the looks of it , they looked like they would be such intriguing blends.

This place for sure exceeded my expectations.

We were extremely pleased with how delicious the food was! It’s tapas style with small plates, which I really appreciated because it let you try a variety of different foods. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was phenomenal! Our waitress Sam went above and beyond and we really enjoyed talking with her. The different flavors and spices stood out from a lot of other restaurants I’ve tried in the Burlington area.

Our favorite dish was the grape leaf dolma! We also enjoyed the seared halloumi, sweet harissa chicken wings, grilled octopus, lamb kofta, and braised duck. My only recommendation would be to offer a little more food for the price, we really enjoyed the halloumi but it was $16 for two pieces of cheese. Honey Road has moved to the top as our favorite restaurant in the Burlington area after living here since 2019.

Favorite restaurant in Burlington right now. Menu is out of this world and changes regularly. Make sure to try the dips! Also a great and creative cocktail list. And for goodness sake do yourself a favor and get the tahini Sundae. Otherwise what are you doing with your life.

We celebrated dinner here and had THE BEST DINNER AND TIME! Honey Road is our favorite restaurant in Vermont! The food from the kitchen was on point as were the desserts and cocktails. We ordered so much food and the lamb simit buns are always a favorite. The carrots with crispy carrots was my favorite and I will be back for it. Can’t say enough how much we love the amazing food, staff, music … all of it.
