La Bamba is a hidden gem in downtown Silver Spring. I ate here for lunch a few weeks ago and I loved it! The pupusas are so good! I also tried their shrimp and rice in white wine sauce; I had to take it home because the portions are huge. Equally satisfying! I was there for lunch during the week, so I could only try one drink, but the sangria did not disappoint! I definitely want to come back and try more of their menu/drink options. This is a cute little family-style restaurant. My waitress was really nice, I highly recommend

Decent food, the place is nice and cozy, a little hard to spot because of its location, the meat stew was really good, the fried steak was a little hard for my taste but, overall a good place.
I was in DC area and decided to go out towards silver spring for lunch with the family. We found this awesome place with really great service and really awesome food, I loved it, wish it was down in Ga too. Fancy looking but really welcoming feel to the place. Very much recommended
