This restaurant is located in the Hilton Palmer House. We enjoyed 3 mornings of breakfast here during our stay at this hotel. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful atmosphere with clean linens. Food was fresh and to temp. Our dishes were well presented, hearty, and tasty. I could not finish my plate of the brownie pancakes, it really takes two people to finish the three very sweet pancakes. Just a note, the house favorite breakfast sandwich comes with a sunny side up egg under the bread, so it will become a mess if you pick it up and eat it like a regular sandwich. I thought the food was very good and filling, but overpriced

I ordered their BBQ salmon and while the fish was cooked fairly well and had great flavor, it seemed very small considering the price. I understand that it is restaurant hotel pricing, just expected a bit more. The salad that came with it also had great flavor, just had more dressing than I normally like, so I suggest getting it in the side. The carrot cake was very good

I must admit I did not actually eat at this restaurant I was staying at the hotel but the Aviance of the restaurant was incredible next time I’ll be able to actually tell you how the food was lol

Pricey hotel lobby resto and lounge for both food and drink, but you’re not here for the grub. The view is spectacular, the historic significance of your surroundings immediately apparent upon entering the hotel. If in the area a must see and stop in, even if just for a quick coffee or afternoon tea. Without a doubt one of the most impressive lobbies and lounges in Chicago
