Time Out Market Chicago: Where Chicago Comes to Eat

Time Out Market Chicago One of the biggest selections of food from all around the world in one spot. I tried a dish from most of them and all of them were great! There is also a big bar with huge selections from beer to cocktails to wine. I personally loved the Cleo’s chicken place which had some of the moistest chicken I’ve ever eaten

Time Out Market Chicago

Time Out Markets around the world are pretty unique and special experiences. Lots of different cuisines to choose from. You pay individually at each independently owned restaurant within the market and then come to the communal eating space in the middle to eat. My recommendation here: Try the Shawarma fries (with chicken) from the Lebanese place (called Everett) that’s right by the entrance. A great way to work and meet other people in a casual dining experience. A perfect location as well right in Fulton marke

Check out this underrated market with plenty of seating and eating options. They have opened up after their initial pandemic closing and are offering a lot of new flavors such as Colombian and Polish cuisine‘s This was our first time in this area. We went to enjoy the free Oscar, watching party that was being offered upstairs. We went downstairs to taste some of the great food that is offered. There is a huge selection of different varieties of food to choose from.there is plenty of open style seating. Lots of restrooms very clean atmosphere and very kind employees. If you’re ever in this area, make sure you stop such a great experience.

Really enjoyed the experience/concept. Do wish their were smaller entree sizes so you could want to try multiple plates. Cleo’s chicken and waffles was delicious but would have been fine with a half order because I also got the mac n cheese dish from Soul n Smoke which was really good. I did end up bringing food home, which fine. Also, took dessert to go from Bittersweet which was tasty. Will definitely go back. They also have events going on there and there is a party room option on the top floor/ patio area which i guess would be open. Didn’t get to go fully inside because there was a private party but looked very nice up there too from what I could see.

Great space but relatively few options open and currently available as others have mentioned Tony’s Rooftop Bar was the stand out space for me within the Time Out Market, offering a great selection of alcoholic and a few non-alcoholic options (for those running the Marathon this weekend). Great views and nice vibes I’d love to come back when all offerings are back at full capacity and the range of food served is improved

Fun place to visit for sampling local restaurants that are mostly good. Some establishments, like Firecakes donuts, do not belong there in terms of quality and alignment with other restaurants. It would be better to have a dessert place like ice cream or bakery instead. Otherwise, this is a fun place to visit and try many different dishes across restaurants.

Wide range of options. Definitely get a pitcher of mimosa or bellini before sitting down for an awesome meal experience. We enjoyed getting different items from different restaurants and sharing them. They all tasted delicious, combined with the pitcher made a perfect Sunday brunch.
