Niu Bu is a cozy little spot right on Michigan Avenue. Although it is primarily known for their Sushi, I got their Should Ramen. For $13, it wasn’t bad at all. The Shoyu tested delicious and everything was cooked to near perfection. Our orders also came out very quickly
Recommended foods
Great vibe, dope lounge area and dining space. Sushi, chicken dumplings and vegetarian spring rolls were delicious. The caramel crunch cake was the perfect cool treat to finish the meal. The cucumber water is such a nice touch. Will definitely return

Stumbled in here to get out of rain. Was shocked to eat super fresh and reasonably priced roll. Also had very subtle broth with handmade shrimp dumplings . Liked it so much considering going back again before I leave Chicago

Came here with my husband to celebrate our 9 year wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding. Best sushi I have had in a very long time. Great place for a romantic meal

What an amazing dining experience! We made reservations on the fly after getting in late in Chicago. The ambience was awesome for a date night! You could see the sushi chefs preparing your sushi from every corner of the restaurant. It was busy but service was quick and the restaurant was clean and modern. And most importantly, the sushi was absolutely DELICIOUS.. Definitely 10/10 recommend

This has to be the best sushi in all of Chicago, for starters I recommend the cherry blossom.We tried the Mango Tango, and King Kong Maki. They were great. The views of the park make this even more special
