I was so happy to come across this local spot! I love falafels and chicken shawarma 😍 I enjoyed the food and the space was clean & inviting. The food was priced reasonably. I will definitely be back.

Inexpensive, delicious, healthy food middle eastern street food! Very spacious seating area, students with IDs get a discount. Only huge downside for me was that they don’t list all their ingredients. their greens include red cabbage which was an unpleasant surprise when I was about to dig in because I’m deathly allergic.

Very cool, trendy, hip new spot. Mediterranean cuisine, fresh healthy options, Super easy and quick, delicious food. We came with a party if 10 people and everyone was satisfied. The place is pretty large so getting a table was not s problem.

The thing that stood out the most about my experience here was the General Manager Erin (Hope I spelled it correctly). She is fantastic! Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Huge asset to the Operation Falafel establishment. I will definitely be back!!

Operation: Falafel is amazing! The restaurant was very clean (as was the very nice bathroom)! The atmosphere was nice and the service was top notch! Everyone was very friendly and quick to help us. We had the shawarma chicken bowl, the pita pair with chicken, some falafels and hummus. Portion sizes were plentiful. Everything tasted amazing and was so fresh! You could taste the different herbs, spices and citrus flavors throughout the meal. The sauces were flavorful and everything had a very clean taste to it! This will be a regular stop every time we’re in town. Highly recommend! 🧡
