Only get the deep dish here. Their thin crust is more like pan pizza. I would give them 5 star on the deep dish alone but the thin crust/pan pizza drops them a star. I asked for it well done and doesn’t seem to have been, that’s always up to restaurant discretion. Great toppings, always are fresh with the deep dish and seems the same with this pie here. I will be back but only for the deep dish

Our first meal in Chicago hours after we arrived and it was amazing. I feel I finally had what deep dish pizza should be done. It came out sizzling and hot. The dough is very airy and not evenly thick. The caramelized crust was done right and it was crunchy. We could take every single ingredient and the sauce was spiced just right (we normally find them too salty). The jalapeño poppers were great, hit and cheesy and gooey. Overall a lovely experience. Highly recommend
The pizza was good but the mozzarella sticks were room temperature and bland. Nice atmosphere but was expecting better after receiving great recommendations. The desktop background of Mayor Lori Lightfoot watching us eat was a little weird, if I’m being honest.
I used to work down the street for a year and let me tell you I ordered here at least once a week and it was one of the best parts of my job. When people ask me what’s my favorite Chicago pizza? This place hands down takes it. Considered by many as the best pizza in the city. The charred caramelized crust, the sweet tangy tomato sauce and the handmade sausages does it for me. Place is always busy, call ahead for reservations or pickup. If you have a large group, make a reservation! Cheers to many more years and I hope it never changes.
