Restaurants Kabob Palace Washington DC This place is amazing. Yes, the wait can be long so bring a friend to chat with. But the food is well worth it (which is why there are always lines). I no longer live in the area, but I occasionally contemplate flying back for the lamb kabobs with chickpeas.

I was taken there by a friend who frequently goes there. He’s Indian and told me all about it’s authenticity on the way there. Dine in or carry out. Authentic Indian food. Seems pretty popular. Great price. Great taste.
I live in Florida and I’ve been to eat here hundreds of times in the last 10 years. When I fly in I choose DCA just so I can have the Palace when I land and before I leave. The food is great (please try the chickpeas) It can be absolutely chaos because of how popular it is I’ve been there at 3 am with a crowd. Just call ahead makes life easy. They have been the most consistent and delicious restaurant in my life.

Tasty food, several combos and large quantities. It is located close the the DC National airport. By yellow line it is next stop over or in good weather you can walk to the airport. This place is open 24 hr. During the COVID-19 there is no seating inside. You order and then wait outside to maintain social distance.

Great late night spot if you’re in the area. Reasonably priced. Great value for money. Service can be a long depending on crowd, so best to order in advance.
