Roister Restaurant (prices + menu + location)
Roister Restaurant An absolutely amazing dining experience. I highly recommend getting a reservation for the “hearth” seating. Being able to watch the chefs prepare the dishes is so fascinating

This was my first time at this restaurant and every dish was over salted. However, under the salt the seasoning and herbs were savory and balance, the plating, and the service prompt and polite. I just don’t know what was going on in the kitchen with salting too heavy handed. The highlight of the dinner was the charcoal vanilla ice cream, delicious with all elements balance

Was super excited to try Roister, especially after hearing rave reviews and reading the reviews on-line. If I was just eating the food, I would give Roister 3 stars. Their specialty fried chicken was average and very salty. For $39 you get two thighs and one breast. Honestly I was disappointed since the thighs were salty and nothing special. The Mediterranean Sea bass was delicious and the sauce was very balanced. sides were good but nothing amazing. The extra star was for their service, which was very attentive and friendly

I have never had food this good before. I understand why they were awarded a Michelin star. This place was superior to all other dining experiences I have had. Would also highly recommend trying to get a seat at the kitchen counter. Such a neat experience

Food was OKAY. Got the roister fried chicken which was supposed to be a specialty – the chamomile was over powering. Got the pork butt – the creme and the chutney did not go well together. This is like an experiment gone wrong. Spent 200$ – not worth it. Wouldn’t go again. Was a special occasion and had corresponded earlier and offered to pay for acknowledgment- There was no response from the team at the restaurant. Overall disappointed. 3 stars for the good drinks and above average service
