Omg the history of this bar is incredible! Great atmosphere and bar tender. Located at the Willard hotel an incredibly beautiful landmark! Top notch drinks. Hidden gem. Crab cake was legit too Drinks are pricey but amazing! Bar tender can make absolutely anything!

This place is at the Willard Hotel in D.C. is quickly becoming a favorite spot to have a drink and soak up the atmosphere. The Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon is absolutely delicious. I have ordered it twice now and have been very happy each time. The Bartender, Elias has worked there for 30 years and is absolutely phenomenal. Ask him to make you any drink and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic. In the 1800’s Henry Clay brought the Mint Julep to Washington DC featuring it at this bar. Rich in history they still make this favorite May drink the same way. Makers Mark. Rose Simple Syrup. Muddle mint. Crushed ice. Our bar tender was fantastic. One of the best. We will return.

So much history in this bar. I ordered The Henry Clay Mint Julep and it was the best one I have ever had. The bartender Jim was so friendly and was full of history. He told us about some of the history of the bar. I would recommend this bar to anyone. Yes you will spend a lot for a drink, but it is worth it.
