Real experience

The fish was seasoned and grilled perfectly as was the burger (perfect medium rare) with delicious bacon and cheddar added. The bisque was loaded with flavor.

Other highlights seen leaving the kitchen (which we can only assume tasted as amazing as they looked) were the steak and eggs, breakfast sandwich, home fries and the eggs bennedict. The biscuits looked so good, we got six to go for Sunday brunch. Thank you and we can’t wait to be back!

Our second date here and even better than the first amazing time. Friendly staff all around with seats at the chefs counter. Delicious raw oysters to start and then one of the best burgers, fish sandwiches, and bisques I have ever had. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing and we wish we had more room to try it all. The burger and fish sandwich were both served on focaccia perfectly balanced to be light, but strong enough to hold up to the delicious sauces used on both sandwiches.

Very nice brunch spot with food that’s reasonably priced! Came here for a Sunday brunch with a reservation and sat down immediately. Our food did take 45 minutes to come out which was a bit of a bummer but it was delicious. They might have been backed up but I’d recommend stopping by. They have quite a few options!

Wow. Wish I had found this sooner. Stopped for brunch on my way to the airport and Nick’s did not disappoint. Hot honey chicken biscuit was absolutely delicious. Got the dressed greens as the side and they were amazing as well. It was mesmerizing to sit at the chef’s bar and watch the kitchen at work. So many things on the menu I wanted to try. Perhaps I’ll make it back to Rhode Island one day (preferably in, let’s say, July!). Service here is top notch as well. Top 5 restaurant in the country for me.

Amazing presentation and flavors in the food, however we seemed to be overlooked by the staff as it took two hours to get our meal at 2pm on a Sunday. It wasnt too busy but we ended up seeing several tables come and go and our server didn’t seem to notice how much time had gone by. Would try again at a different time because it could’ve been circumstantial and the food was very tasty. Excellent meal.

Our server recognized that we weren’t in a rush (old friends catching up) and paced our meal perfectly giving us plenty of time to chat and eat. The food was delightful with little twists that made it memorable (the strawberry vinaigrette in the mignonette for the oysters, the hint of apple in the savory soup, the watermelon radishes in the salad). Highly recommend!

Delightful. The food had a ton of flavor, but it wasn’t overbearing—each of the flavors came through to create a unique, delicious, and surprisingly hearty meal. The service was very attentive and kind, and the atmosphere was laid back. Even the prices were not as bad as I expected and were in line with many other places that don’t provide as enjoyable an experience.
