Great spot for a quick breakfast! Service was incredible and all of the staff was friendly. Good coffee too.

Great place to relax and enjoy a nice meal in a very pastoral setting with great neighborhood views Nothing fancy but the dishes that are good are delicious. Rueben was delicious and fries just as good! Turkey club was yummy Chicken Caesar wrap was an oil base dressing. Tasty but not what I was expecting. So much dressing challenging to eat Staff was great and service was quick! They do offer take out and delivery

 Reviews

Warm, friendly neighborhood spot with comfort food. The Braised Lamb was very tender and flavorful, with a choice of potatoes or rice, soup or salad, and vegetable. Good portions served.

I kept walking by in the morning & seeing their breakfast specials. I finally got the arracheta burrito this morning (to go/take away). It was delicious & did not disappoint!! It was ready when I got there to pick it up, tasty seasonings, no gristle or fat in the meat, and they wrapped it well. I picked it up on my way home….45 min later it was still warm. And what a value!! $6.10 w/tax

The breakfasts at Salonica are great. I think they’re a reasonable price for the amount of food you get. Service was a little slow as they were short-handed but I didn’t mind. They were quite busy, which was nice to see

A cosy dine-in with a great variety of dishes, including some greek ones, at good prices. Very friendly staff, felt immediately welcome. Great value for money, I enjoyed a lot my Salonica burger after a long walk in the neighborhood. I recommend that, if you are a nerdy tourist like me, you go to the book store nearby (Powell) either before or after you get a warm tummy by Salonica.

My first visit and I’m in love. Cute vintage interior. Everyone seems so pleased to be there, which just adds to the comfy atmosphere. Had the chicken noodle soup (which came with a bread basket!) Like a giant hug!. Also the Athenian omelet. It was cooked perfectly and loaded with feta and vegetables. The hashbrowns were perfectly crispy. Comfort food at it’s best on a cold gloomy day. If I lived in the neighborhood, I’d be a regular!

Stopped by for lunch during the weekend and was very happy we made the choice! Easy walking distance from the science & industry museum, and the nearby bus stop. It’s a cute little diner with a lovely atmosphere. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Food is reasonably priced and generously sized. Everything you could ask for in casual Greek fare. Has a huge menu for breakfast and brunch items too! We tried Nick’s Delight and Souvlaki. Meat was tender and flavorful. They have soup specials each day of the week and the egg lemon soup was fabulous. Definitely check it out if you’re nearby!

Located near the Museum of Science and Industry, this diner is a friendly and homely place nestled in a corner. Food portions were great and amazing service.

Ordered the Gyro Platter (meat) and Corned Beef Hash breakfast platter. We were not disappointed! They have an amazing selection of sauces too

We went there on a Sunday morning at about 10:30. We promptly got seated (The place got a bit crowded at around 11). The server was really nice. The food was warm, well made, delicious and comforting. It was a great experience
