My wife and I were in DC celebrating our 8 year anniversary and heard about Sakina Halal Grill from family. We heard how they feed numerous homeless people and treat them with dignity and respect. We HAD to support this business but aside from that the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! My wife had boneless lamb and I had chicken. They were cooked to perfection. Tender meat full of flavor and our appetizers were just as good. We had veggie pakora and the chicken samosas. Overall I highly recommend eating here you won’t regret it. 👍🏽💯

That was yummy! After learning how much they support the community, strolled in for lunch. Walked to the back and was greeted by a nice gentleman. He knew the menu well and got me set up to dine quickly. The lamb was tender and the sauce was delicious. Very responsive when I needed a take out box and leave swiftly. Will eat at again 😊
