Salam Restaurant in chicago
Salam Restaurant The wait for my food was shorter than expected, staff was really nice. I enjoyed hearing one of the chefs singing to the music and being in his own little world. We decided we’d have a picnic that day. We had food from two diff places (country/culture and restaurant wise) and we shared it. It was delicious and I didn’t feel heavy afterwards.

The food here is excellent. The hummus, falafel, and various kebabs are unrivaled in the city. And don’t get me started on that garlic sauce! Even the rice is seasoned perfectly. I have not tried their entire menu but their specialties are so good you will be hooked! A little on the pricey side, but if you’re smart (and have strong willpower) you can make a dinner entree last two meals.

Great place to get a Palestinian Dish. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They suggested a couple of platters to give a sample of everything. Everything was fresh and great.

I’ve been coming here for the longest now and I can honestly say the food is so amazing. This is my go to gyros stop! Love the people there as well, always so nice.

Passed this spot many times on my way back from work, finally stopped in with my girlfriend today and very glad we did. Very friendly staff, amazing food, great prices. They seriously hooked it up, such huge portions!! I couldn’t believe the quality and quantity ratio here. Definitely check it out for yourself.

We ended up dinning in pretty late but as middle eastern food lovers we were visiting from Florida the people there made us feel welcome no matter the time we have arrived the food we ordered was absolutely amazing from lamb chops to the big family feast we got togo I mean we tried it all and definitely recommended this place 😋 won’t be disappointed
