Quick order taking and equally quick preparation as well. Food was good. Ordered power menu bowl with chicken. Portion quantity is good for one person. Flavored water was available along with other drinks

Was quickly and easy to order via ordering machine. The menu was clear and easy to customise tacos. Water would had been a better drink to choose. Nice cozy place for a quick bite and chat

I went through the drive through today at this Rosemont, IL Taco Bell to pickup a mobile order. The woman operating the drive through was very attentive and polite. It was the 3rd of 4th time coming here when she was on duty and each time I have been pleased by the service. I don’t know if she was also the one who prepared the food, but I have not seen such an attention to detail in Taco Bell food prep. I could definitely tell who did so was doing so with care. Keep up the great work, It is rare to get such service now days

Frankly, one of the best Taco Bell locations I have ever been to! It does get busy late-night sometimes, but trust me they try super hard to diminish drive-thru lines quickly with accuracy and efficiency as the core of their service! The crew members here are super nice, polite and show great attention to details! I was served hot, fresh and accurate food in a timely manner at the drive-thru! The girl who served me and the one who prepared my order!! Thank you very much for making my experience at this Taco Bell a vivid and memorable one!! I should definitely say this! Other restaurants should learn how a customer should be treated from the crew members that are working here! Definitely will eat here the next time I visit Rosemont
