Taza Restaurant in chicago

Taza Restaurant The worker was friendly and appreciative. I would get the chicken shawarma platter again. It had a good flavor, it included hummus and a small salad. The chicken kebab was good but lacked some flavor. The spicy sauce was hot and has a great taste. We also enjoyed the veggie platter. This place is a great value, they include hummus, salad and pita. I plan on returning.

The hummus had a really creamy texture and great flavor. We had chicken and falafel plate and the chicken shawarma and gyro…..both delicious….the baklava made for an excellent dessert…..A+

Had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was tidy and clean. Traditional lanterns and upholstery created a nice ambience. Ordering and service of food was quick and friendly. The food was exquisitely fresh and delicious. We had a great meal for a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit.

Tasty authentic Mediterranean style food. We enjoyed the Falafel platter and the Vegetarian platter. The hummus was creamy, the falafels were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with plenty of herbs. The tabouli was amazing as was the tahini sauce. Just fabulous flavors. Our order was ready in five minutes and the service was friendly and top notch. Highly recommend, especially since it was only a few steps from our Hyatt Place Chicago Downtown/the Loop.

Best Mediterranean food joint in the city. Everything is made so fresh and delicious! You don’t want to miss out on it and it’s zabiha halal!

One of the best and most flavorful falafel sandwiches I’ve had anywhere in a very long time! I wish I could have tried more of the menu but was already stuffed because of their generous portions. Super friendly and kind staff that gave out a complimentary baklava for dessert. Will definitely come back here when I visit Chicago again. A true casual gem on Franklin!
