Cool atmosphere and delicious food. The service was fantastic and the food matched. For an appetizer I had the New Orleans BBQ shrimp. That was very good. But for dinner I had some fried chicken drizzled in honey and it was the highlight of my day. .

This spot came highly recommended. I tried the fried green tomatoes & fried fish with Mac& Cheese and dirty rice. Hubby had the friend chicken, greens and creamed corn. All do the food was good, slightly salty but good. The service was good. Hubby loved it
I just love this place! Everything about it was perfection. The atmosphere was very nice; the lighting, the seating, real cute & cozy. The customer service was phenomenal!!! The food was delicious, like it came from grandma’s kitchen. Our server LaDonna was absolutely AMAZING!! Her whole vibe just took our dining experience over the top. We spoke to the owner and she too is amazing. Anytime I can support Black businesses I do & when I can truly give an excellent review, it does my heart good. 10 out of 10, highly recommended!

I had the blackened salmon and it was delicious. The macaroni and cheese was okay but I’ve literally had the best macaroni on the planet (my mom”s) so my standards are super high. Overall, a great soul food place so I’ll return.
I tried a little bit of everything the greens were a little salty… the green beans were perfect. The macaroni was delicious the fish on point (a little Bland but that’s okay) The chicken wings were perfectly seasoned crispy and moist the breast was dry and not as seasoned tho. The cornbread was sweet. Overall I give them an 8 out of 10 I would definitely go back… The peach cobbler was very tasty…. but served without ice cream.

Made a reservation though there were a few tables open when we got there. I appreciate a place that is open in someone’s own neighborhood. It feels like a neighborhood spot that is also a bit upscale with sleek interior and a black and gold theme. The food was good. Favorites were the Mac and cheese, cream corn, and blackened catfish. The crisp of the catfish over grits was also really good. Fried chicken and greens were a bit salty. Cocktails were good and strong.
I am from Houston, Tx & I visited this beautiful establishment in September! I am very particular about my food & dining experiences and Soule met all of my expectations! The food was brought out very hot and fresh & GOOD! The portions are on point as well!! The staff was so very sweet and professional. The owner even came out to greet and ensure that customers were happy. I will be back in January 🩷

The food was good I loved the cat fish and creamed corn. The punch is always a hit. Not to mention the rum pound cake with carmel and a scoop of ice cream is like heaven in your mouth. The cake is angel soft and it just melts in your mouth like a cloud. I’ve always wanted to try this place ever since it popped up in my news feed on IG and was not disappointed.
From the drinks to appetizer to entree and sides, were on point with flavor and portions. The restaurant itself has a beautiful decor. There were a few eye sores: view out of the west side windows and the bathroom needed up keeping before opening doors for service.
