I live in Florida and I’ve been to eat here hundreds of times in the last 10 years. When I fly in I choose DCA just so I can have the Palace when I land and before I leave. The food is great (please try the chickpeas) It can be absolutely chaos because of how popular it is I’ve been there at 3 am with a crowd. Just call ahead makes life easy. They have been the most consistent and delicious restaurant in my life.

Restaurants Ravi Kabob House  It is the best Pakistani restaurant in the United States. People come from all over to eat here. It is an institution. Even people in Pakistan know about Ravi Kabob. It does not get more authentic than this. Just wish parking and the dining area was larger and the staff was nicer.. Other than that. This is the best you’re going to find outside of Europe and Asia.

This place has two kitchens with certain dishes being cooked in one and other dishes cooked in the other. Got the Chicken Karahi. (Attached the picture) It was pretty good but expensive (30 dollars). Hence giving the restaurant 4 stars. Update: Gone there a couple of times after that. They have some after food snacks which I really love. Do try the gol gappay (really good), falooda (very different from the one you get in Pakistan but still good), and Kashmiri Chai. I’ve also tried Nihari, Haleem and Payee on one Saturday. (These items aren’t available everyday). The Haleem and Payee weren’t really good and the Nihari was just above average. There dishes are already made in advance and they just serve you unlike the Karahis.

It was really a great experience to be there. Food was amazing and so much delicious. Quantity and quality both were good 👍. Especially the manager Mr Abdul , it was really nice meeting with him. Great service with great ambiance! The food automatically gets better with their kindness and generosity towards their customers which feels more like being their guests. You feel welcomed and relaxed. The waiter was kind enough to offer to take our family photo. The owner came to our table and had a little chat with us which helped us get more familiar with their background and service. Overall, the prices are fair as compared to the location. The portion size is good too. I highly recommend this place for family gatherings or even with friends.

Amazing. Went for the first time yesterday after a long work day and even more errands. I got salmon and spinach with chickpeas to-go and it made my day. As I left the restaurant thanking the man at the counter, he said “yes, see you tomorrow!” with a chuckle, and me with mine. As I left the doors I thought, I couldn’t come every day but I’d love for this to taste that good so I’d crave it… and it did. It was enough food for 2.15 meals for me and was just great. I reheated it in the oven with some olive oil and lemon and mixed veggies just now. Ask for yogurt sauce. Ask for more. I had a left over cucumber/mayo/Sriracha +soy sauce concoction that I added on the side. Great comfort food. Thank you Food Corner!

It WAS 5 stars but today’s chef deserved only 1 star. The owner is really nice and customer service oriented so when I called months ago to ask if I could request dishes to be MILD, he said “of course, just write it down on your order.” So Sacrificial Lamb became my #1 restaurant. For about 1 year, I have been ordering the same dishes and sometimes introducing a new one, but after speaking to the owner to ask if a MILD version could be ordered. His answer was always the same and the food was AMAZING. I also dislike salads so I always asked for “no salad.” Today, I got a heaping salad on top of my chicken Biryani. As always, I requested it mild, but it was spicy. There were 2 other dishes that I requested (as before), to be mild but they were not.

Tender flavorful Kabob will leave you wanting more from this place in Arlington, VA. This is a small family owned and run place. Everything else we ordered-Chicken Karahi, tikka kabob, Resham kabob, rice, naan, daal, chana daal was excellent. Price is very reasonable, spice level is moderate and kid friendly. Staff were very hospitable and polite. We will back for more.

I really enjoyed this restaurant, the feel it gives off is just great. I suggest dining it so that you can really enjoy the atmosphere from all the art to the cool lights, the bay like doors that opens right to the sidewalk. They have swing seats which are kind of cool. The food was really good and the staff was excellent as well. This restaurant is for sure five stars compared to restaurants in competing classes.

When I placed my order, I was a bit disappointed that my favorites weren’t on the menu. I eat a mostly vegetarian diet and they do have a pretty extensive vegetarian menu, but I ended up ordering the chicken vindaloo instead. I was NOT disappointed. The chicken is so tender and just falls apart on the fork. It is beautifully spiced and aromatic. The potatoes were lovely and soft. There’s not enough good Indian or Pakistani food in the area; this place is a gem!

We bought some different kinds of sweets and ras malai. The taste of the sweets was average. I think the person who was serving us should be more gentle towards the customers.
