Real experience
Both red and white versions of the Sangria were delicious. Calamari was lightly breaded with pleasantly agreeable seasoning.
The Three Cheese Ravioli with Marinara was moderately acidic but very tasty. The Chicken Marsala was smooth and cooked to perfection.
The Cannoli with crushed Pistacio and Spumoni with coffee rounded out a very fine meal and experience. The staff was attentive and gracious so I would highly recommend Trombinos and will definitely be returning soon.

We discovered the wonderful epicurean detectables at Trominos after returning from Italy in Oct 23. Our hearts and stomaches were yearning for an authentic Italian meal in Albuquerque. You know a place with homemade bread, excellent wine, and maybe homemade pasta.
Trombinos filled this longing with wonderful warm fresh bread, amazing wine list and multiple pasta dishes served in a northern Italian tradition. Savory cream sauces, meaty reds. All culinary masterpieces in the New Mexico desert.
We have returned half a dozen times all to enjoy an amazing evening.
Hannah had been our server on several occasions and is quite helpful, friendly and very much on top of her work. She is part of the reason we return.
I fully recommend Trombinos as a delicious respite to the daily grind and the canned food industry.

Mira was our server she was super attentive and friendly, and we had the best time ever! The atmosphere wasn’t pretentious or stuffy. It wasn’t too loud even though it was a packed house. The calamari was super crispy and the sauces it was paired with were yummy.
The chicken Parm was the best I’ve ever had. They separated the chicken from the pasta so the bottom doesn’t get all soggy. And the seafood pasta was good! Just needs a bit more seafood. Will definitely be back.

I’ve driven by this place multiple times since I lived in Albuquerque over a decade ago. While back in town on business travel I got the chance to pop in for dinner finally! I have to say that I feel disappointed I didn’t go in earlier. The atmosphere is wonderful if you’re looking for a nice restaurant to enjoy an anniversary or a celebrating a life event.
I had the veil parmigiana with the Brutus salad and the orzo and sausage soup. I’m not one to typically have to take home part of my dinner but the veil was such a gigantic portion I had to! Great service and wonderful atmosphere!

Here on vacation. One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. $5 for Happy hour wine was excellent and they didn’t skimp on the pour. Fresh bread with their homemade dipping oil/herbs. Had the Lobster ravioli and hubby had the Frutti de mare, tiramisu cake for dessert. Hannah was our waitress and she was attentive and assisted with our meal choices. All excellent.
finally
Our server was very attentive and kind. The food was great, I had a seafood pasta and my wife had a chicken dish. It was very nice inside, I particularly liked the murals on the walls. It was slam packed on a Friday but we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. It’s in our neighborhood so we will certainly be back again soon.
