I have had raw vegan food at other places, but this was the best I have had. We got the sesame noodles and the bowl as entrees, which were both good but in different ways. However, the showstealers were the desserts – the lemon raspberry tart and chocolate almond tart. Sesame noodles were tasty.

The texture of the kelp noodles was delightful and different. I added a little of sriracha after I got home and it just elevated the dish in my opinion.

Had a great experience at uncooked. The food was all delicious – I tried the pesto, chipotle and sushi. Great for on the go as everything is ready as you walk in.
Everything tasted very fresh and healthy. I was especially impressed that the mozzarella “cheese” was so light and fluffy, most vegan cheese I have tried is very heavy and dense. I would definitely return to try more dishes. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Oh I wish I lived in Chicago! I came here because I was looking for a healthier plant based options. This place is the spot! The saffron curry noodles is soooo yummy! I highly recommend it! For dessert The chocolate almond is amazing. The staff is Great and gave me Good recommendations.

I love Uncooked! The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, and the service is fast! The food is delicious (I highly recommend the sushi) and their staff is top-notch. Uncooked is a great place to stop before or after work, or when you simply need a quick mid-day pick me up.

A neighborhood gem!! Absolutely love this place and every bite I have tried. Its tough to find a thick açaí bowl in the city, but this is it! All the food is very clean and delicious. And the staff is friendly and kind, they really want to get to know you and make a connection.
