Glorietta Trattoria Restaurant

Great food, cozy atmosphere, and attentive staff. Our server, Duck, provided excellent wine and food recommendations. My wife and I shared the crostini, meatballs, caesar salad, fusilli gigante, and tiramisu. Paired with wine (n=5) and cocktails (n=2) we spent roughly $235 over the course of two hours. Reservations are recommended (January 2024).

Fine dining done at a high level. It’s a nice intimate venue with very limited space. We had an 8pm reservation and the place was very busy. The entire wait team was on top of their game. Our head waitress was very attentive and took time to go over the entire menu to cover any concerns. We enjoyed a Cesar salad and I ordered the bison as my main course. The meal was bookend with a delicious and perfectly sized dessert.

We came in on Sunday night around 8pm. They were about to get us a spot at the bar for 2 with no reservation which was nice. The fusilli gigante pasta was really good and had great spice to it. The elk pasta was not good unfortunately. The bartenders were friendly and refilled our drinks quickly. The vibe inside was cute.
The price of 2 pasta dishes & a Diet Coke felt high compared to other similar pasta restaurants I have been to. That combined with the lackluster elk pasta dish gives it 4 stars vs 5 to me

I really enjoyed this place!!
Ambiance: cozy and not snobby. Huge bar as the backdrop and dim lighting.
Service: our waitress is also the pastry chef. Jazzie was excellent and filled with great info.
Food: I would have it again tonight if I can! Pasta is freshly made daily and it tasted excellent!!! The apps and desserts were amazing too! We ordered the Budino and Tiramisu – both did not disappoint!

We reserved a table at Glorietta Trattoria in advance. When asked where we were going to dinner, the locals eyes lit up and said it’s a great restaurant. It’s tucked away in a quiet area of town. As you can see by the pictures, you’ll see the cuisine is a great blend of local provisions and Italian fare. The staff is appropriately attentive and knowledgeable.

Great place for an awesome Italian meal! Victoria was very pleasant and knew the menu inside out. Great recommendation for wine and food! Ceasar salad, generous portion, was absolutely delicious. The dressing was perfect! 10/5
Entrees: we had the elk bolognese and the rabbit. The pasta was perfectly Al dente. Rabbit fell of the bone. 5/5
For dessert: tiramisu. Generous portion. It was good 4/5

Before you walk in you feel that sense of attention to detail. The place is small with its own personality. The service was top notch, we had 4 dishes, 2 apps 2 entres (the elk was sold out sadly) but the pheasant was great! Highly suggest if you are in the Jackson Hole area.

finally

This place is fantastic, the food and service were both amazing. We were the party of 7 from Colorado who sat in the private dinning area this Monday night. One of our friends left a bag behind (very special gift in there) and someone from the restaurant literally ran 3 blocks, in the dark, on ice, to find us and get this back. THANK YOU! Whoever you are – you’re amazing and the world should know. Also the spicy vodka sauce pasta is fire.
