Masala Indian Cuisine Kentucky 2024 Delicious Restaurant

"Savor the Spice: Masala Indian Cuisine in Kentucky"

Masala Indian Cuisine Kentucky Some of the best Indian food in Lexington. The portions are very generous for the price, so you can expect to have leftovers. I got the Lamb Vindaloo, Spicy, and it was very good. The staff was also very welcoming.

Masala Indian Cuisine

It appears that they have a lunch buffet again, although I came for dinner. The chicken makhni, mushroom karahi, basmati, garlic naan, mango lassi, masala chai tea, and kheer are all good. Prices are slightly higher than they have been, but that’s Biden, not Masala.

Masala is my absolute favorite Indian restaurant in Central KY! The food is always very fresh and very good. It is an excellent place to meet up with friends, it has a very comfortable atmosphere. The food is consistently good. I visited this restaurant almost weekly when I lived in Lexington.

All of my friends love it too, our favorite entrees to order were the chicken tikka masala, palek paneer, and chana saag. The garlic naan and onion and paneer naan are to die for and I’d also recommend the samosas as a starter. The service can be slightly slow at times but the food and quality of the people that work there more than makes up for it! I no longer live in Lexington but very often wish I could return to Masala. Incredibly under appreciated establishment in my opinion!

My uncle took me here and said it was “pretty good”. I think I’d say “very good”. Exceeded expectations. Above average Indian place for sure and it was surprisingly busy on a Tues night. A hidden gem in Lexington but people are finding out. There will be more busy nights in this restaurant’s future because the food was great, I had and recommend the Vindaloo and tandoori sampler but I couldn’t finish the entree. Could prob split one for light eaters. I also tried the goat curry which was quite good. You can’t always get that dish. Staff were very friendly.

First time enjoying Indian cuisine and oh my goodness! The chicken tikka masala was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. It’s tender pieces of chicken in the smoothest, most decadent sauce. Paired with the mozzarella naan was the perfect supper.

The staff were very nice and attentive as well. I will absolutely be back and try more dishes Authentic Indian food!!! Saag is phenomenal… Did takeout this first time trying this place and the naan was a little soggy when we got home and tried it so next time we’ll eat in as it still tasted good but eating it right away when hot and fresh would be the way to go… Sweet and spicy shrimp I ordered it hot and it was very good!! In each dish we ordered unique and very different flavors, great job owners and management

I ordered Paneer Kadhai and Paratha. The paneer Kadhai was utterly delicious, with the right spices and taste. The Parathas were a little undercooked. It’s a multilayered paratha ( similar to laccha paratha) and some of the inside layers were not cooked. Perhaps cooking at high flame. The staff is amazing and very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anybody interested in trying Indian food.

finally

By far, the best Indian restaurant ever. I have been to Indian restaurants all in the country and outside the country— no one compares. Food is absolutely delicious and full of flavor! Everyone that works there is friendly and super hard working! I always order the chicken tikka masala and the garlic/cheese naan.
