Real experience
We had a wonderful experience at Etch! Service was fantastic, food was great. I recommend the Bread & Butter, it was served fluffy, soft and warm, with the perfect touch of salt. The Octopus & Shrimp Bruschetta was also wonderful – octopus was fluffy and prepared perfectly. Great flavors. Scallops and Lamb Meatballs were delicious. All in all, a wonderful experience. Food and atmosphere is on the fancier side, but we saw lots of casual dress and it didn’t feel stuffy or pretentious at all. Highly recommend!

So, we are visiting town and had a dinner at the Etch. Starting with the food – Amazing!!!
Had a great steak and my wife had the Mahi fish. You DO want to get the cauliflower for starters. I could eat it all over again.
Atmosphere – Great kitchen counter to eat at. We had a great show running by Chef Brendan who gave us the behind the scenes for every dish. And of course, the people!!!!
Sandra was awesome and took a good care of us. If you are in town, don’t miss out the opportunity!

My fiancé and I had a great time here. Good food, good drinks, and wonderful customer service. If you haven’t been, you have to try this place out. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. We recommend the chef’s creation (Moroccan inspired pork dish).
We were seeing a show at the Ryman, so we decided to make reservations prior to the concert.
We had been numerous times years ago and always enjoyed it. I suppose we just forgot how wonderful the restaurant was.
I certainly won’t wait years before I return.
The food was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully.
Carter was our server, and the service was stellar.
I’m fairly certain that we ate every last bite of everything we ordered. And we ordered a lot.
The only thing that I probably wouldn’t order again were the empanadas, but if somebody in my group ordered them, I would certainly have a bite .
We ordered:
Cauliflower and empanadas for appetizers
The etch salad
Scallops, and from the sea, which was mahi-mahi
And the coconut dessert

The experience at The Etch in Nashville was wonderful. The ambiance and food were excellent. For dessert, we tried the cauliflower, and for our entrees, we enjoyed bread with fish and pork chop. The service was exceptional, making it a delightful treat for my wife on our 27th anniversary. However, strangely, I experienced a bad stomach upset that evening. I’m not sure if it was due to the food, as I hadn’t eaten anything before or after dining at Etch. Fortunately, I felt much better the following evening after taking some medication.

finally
One of my top 5 restaurants in Nashville. Absolutely incredible. Service, food, and environment are unbeatable. The food is so fresh and tastes homemade. Never disappoints! Check out Etch and their sister restaurant Etc. In Green Hills. You will not be disappointed!
