Grumpy's Italian Grill Restaurant

Grumpy cooks some very good Italian food. Manicotti and garlic bread was fantastic. Baked with lots of marinara sauce and cheese. I judge Italian food on the marinara sauce and this was above average good. Garlic and cheese bread was very good.

A friend ordered the carbonara pasta and the bacon on top was burned but once they stirred it in they said it was good. Very casual inside and seating is a little limited.

Grumpy’s was amazing. I had the Chicken Alfredo Alla Carbonara and it was so good. I swear they made the sauce in house because it was that good. The garlic bread is also so good too. It was super soft and full of garlic. I will definitely be back again because they also have crustless pizza bowls that I can’t wait to try.

Visiting from out of town, local took me to grumpys. They have thin crust pizza that is craft pizza style and great flavor. They definitely did not go cheap on the toppings and cheese. I got the medium buffalo chicken pizza, and others at the table got hawaiian. Both where excellent and very filling. About 13 bucks. They also had a live band which was fun. I’d go back.

My wife and I both had their chicken salad. My wife the plate salad with grapes, pineapple, and oranges. I had the sandwich on buttered roll. Both were fresh and tasted great. Service was friendly and swift. We both recommend Grumpy ‘s and will be back to try some of their pasta dishes.

Looked this place up on my travels in the South, stopped in to see what it was all about. Ordered the “all meat” pizza. It took a while to get the order, the waitresses were good about keeping my Dr. Pepper topped off. One waitress was very courteous, whilethe other was all business.

The pizza was very good, sauce tasted homemade, the dough wasn’t dense and cooked perfectly, just a light crispness to it. All ingredients tasted fresh, the bacon had a good flavor to it. The little place had a good atmosphere as well. All in all not a bad place, just not super fast. I give it a thumbs up.

Excellent customer service! I ordered cheese bread and a small meat lovers pizza. It was all really good and the small pizza would have been enough but I wanted to try the cheese bread. Definitely recommend and will be back when I’m in the area!

This is definitely a hidden gem. It’s very open and southern. The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. All the staff helps you not just your waitress. The food is great so come hungry. Don’t be in a rush because the food is made to order. They also have the best marinara sauce I have ever had in my life, that’s saying a lot because I have had a lot. I will be back for some tasty food and friendly service very soon.

finally

I’ve been here three times and had the pizza and baked spaghetti. I have been amazed all three times. The food is sssoooo good and so worth it. I would definitely be recommend this place if you’re a pizza lover
