Copper Door Restaurant

We stopped by a couple of nights ago, and were curious as to why this place always seems to be fully reserved. We found the answer, and that is because the food quality, the service and the ambiance all come together to make it a truly wonderful experience.

The Sesame crusted Ahi Tuna appetizer was a pure delight, and the Chipotle Haddock and Seafood Casserole entrees were just as mouth watering and delectable. The portions were reasonable and the flavor and taste just perfect; not to mention the accommodation for Gluten free preparation. Adding to the savory cuisine was our server Shannon, who could make anyone’s evening a perfect experience. She was a delight to talk to. We topped off the evening with a curiosity of a dessert, a Peanut butter jelly topped Crème brûlée, which also exceeded our expectations. The accompanying Burgundy made the meal complete.

It was a highly satisfying experience, and will definitely warrant repeat visits.

food was really good and had different options from the regular restaurant foods. our server was really nice and didn’t rush us. the dessert sampler is a bit small (pretty much one bite of the options given) but a good way to try things. pictured is the onion soup, burrata raviolis, and lychee colada.

Excellent food service and atmosphere. Many delicious food options. Seasonal specials, great drink options including mock tails. Very clean restrooms. Large bar with TVs. Extra tall vaulted ceilings makes for a lovely open atmosphere and you can’t forget the amazing Copper door!

This was a great spot to stop for lunch. Fair warning for you bourbon drinkers..the Wiggle Room Manhattan will sneak up on you. They limit to only 2 per person for good reason. Buffalo Cauliflower was fantastic as was the sheppards pie. Perfect comfort food on a cold rainy day. When will NH get some snow??

My husband and I made reservations. We were seated within 5 minutes of checking in. Dining room is dimly lit. Our server Brianna was very friendly and on point. We each ordered drinks. They were so-so. The french onion soup was hot and flavorful. The crust on the supreme pizza was comparable to some in New York. But the star was the Cowboy BBQ Pork Shank. Wow – the meat was fall off the bone tender and I do mean that I did NOT have to use a knife! Didn’t care for the bbq sauce but the fried brussel sprouts and onion straws and mashed potatoes were all good. All in all a good meal.

Copper Door is accessible from the 101 corridor with clear signage. The building is tastefully decorated and perfect for any season. The dimly lit dining room would be delightful during the winter and the outside dining is relaxing during summer.

The service was impeccable. Each person we came into contact with was superb, especially our waitress. She was friendly and relaxed, giving us time to look at the menu and not feel rushed.

The food and drink menus are large and unique. Our appetizer, the chicken rangoons, was inventive and had delicious flavors. For our entrees, we ordered the Pork Belly Tacos and Steak Frites. Both meats were cooked to perfection, although I wish we ordered the recommended fish tacos instead. My husband and I will rave highly about the french fries, monkey bread, and drinks. Overall, Copper Door is perfect for some drinks or apps in the Bedford area
