Real experience
Started with a salad bar and loaded my plate with carrots, radishes, eggs, potato salad, bean salad and more. Everything was crispy and fresh.
Ordered a reuben sandwich with tomato & a side of mashed potatoes with white gravy. All was fresh a delicious! Super tender, well-seasoned beef.
Good service & a quiet relaxing environment.

I had to stop, i normally do not make it to these fine places due to time constraints. But im tired of always having fast food. So i made it and now i get to have me some excellent prime rib that i keep hearing about.
The folks here are awesome and very helpful, this place is so quiet and cozy.

Fun restaurant with bar and several screens. A few beer choices on tap…mostly IPAs but the real gem is their dinner menu. Great down-home style choices with the prime rib dinner being their most popular. I opted for the jumbo chicken fried steak with fries and choice of brown or country gravy.
Got caught driving home in a very bad storm with my kids. The wonderful staff working welcomed us in to wait out the storm and made my kids who were scared of the storm happy and laughing again. They were all very understanding and just overall wonderful people. The food was delicious we had the nachos, Mac n cheese, and hot chocolate. They even went above and beyond putting ice in my 3 year olds hot chocolate to help cool it off so she could drink it. Absolutely love this place and will definitely come back any chance we get.

What an awesome experience. I have to brag on Ms Andrea yall she is the Best Waitress! Such a bubbly personality she has the ability to make you smile! The food is spectacular! The Fried chicken is lip smacking good I tell you. It’s on their buffet!!! Every Wednesday. No complaints at all this will definitely be on our RETURN LIST!
Service may be nothing special, but the chicken wings were amazing. Out of dozens of restaurants across the country, this hidden gem creates the best wings. I’d highly recommend combining these two sauces by asking for one in a cup: Kirk’s Gold and Buffalo/Classic. This combo creates a mix of honey mustard and buffalo, an amazing combo. The picture is just Kirk’s Gold.

So Lexington doesn’t have much to offer when it comes to comfort food restaurants. It has 1 and think God it is a good one. Ate there twice and was not let down. First time I had Chicken fried steak and it was hand bread, large portion, and very tasty. Second night was some of the best fried chicken. The menu warns you it is a 12 minute wait but worth every minute. Wait, staff is a mix of professional ladies with a few young girls. The ladies keep them on point. In conclusion, I’m glad for Lexington that they have this gem.
finally
The $8.99 prime rib special was fantastic. My sons pancakes were huge and more than he could eat. The staff was pleasant, but there is no decor to speak of. This is a great road trip stop for real food at good prices and is right off the highway.
