Real experience

Good food & excellent service. Even though they are very busy, waitstaff takes time to be extra hospitable. Nice bar area for a pre dinner cocktail.

This was my first visit but family raves every time they visit! I enjoyed a salad and chicken alfredo, both of which were excellent, especially for the price! Our waitress was also very friendly

The food and atmosphere were exceptional. However, our waitress was extremely inconsiderate and rude. She offered bread and it was never brought to our table even though she offered it twice.

She spilled my drink causing her to have another one made. Our salads were brought along with the main meal and the bill. She was at our table every five minutes clearing plates but never asked if we needed anything or if the meal was okay. She even attempted to clear my plate which I was still eating from.

She was clearly in a hurry and when I asked she said her shift was over and she wanted to go home. For the price we paid for our delicious meal I was extremely disappointed in the service.

What a gem in Pierre. Some of the best pizza I’ve had, great service, and a full drink menu. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone who finds themselves in Pierre for whatever reason.

The service was excellent. The server and support staff were incredibly attentive and very friendly!! The food was exceptional. I had the Grilled Salmon. It is my must have now. My mother had the fettuccine and was incredibly pleased. The kids had pizza. The pizza was a nice portion. They also came with a salad as an option. The pizza crust was fresh and they make their own ranch dressing.

This is probably one of the most scenic and beautiful restaurants I’ve seen it a long time I have to tell you the tomato bisque soup is really hard to get past it taste so good that I could eat it forever

but I’m gonna have to come back and try some other items I had the chop salad along side it was delicious and in terms of price he really can’t beat this for what you get but give yourself some time this is the kinda restaurant you’ll want to give yourself at least an hour to an hour and a half to enjoy it as each other is prepared carefully,

our server Kyla was incredibly fun!!

We loved her sincerity and she made the experience personal and warm!

The food was good. The server was not. She didn’t bring the appetizers we ordered, she brought us each 2 water glasses on an already full table, never cleared any dishes and I had to ask for the check which took her 10 min to bring.

Service was great. The young man was very pleasant and professional service was a bit slow but he kept us updated. The food was well presented and very tasty. I always enjoy my time spent at the Red Rossa.
