Real experience

La Palma is an excellent spot. They have amazing juices, smoothies, and food. I love the chicken wings and french fries. I tried the strawberry lemonade today and it was the perfect refreshment for a spring day. I recommend this place to everyone that stops in the area. Fresh food, friendly service. They give you fresh hot pita at each table. So filling!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Quiet restaurant in the middle of the university/hospital district. Large menu selection, many vegetarian options; large and small plates to share. Great for families, for a date night, or for a quick bite. Staff was helpful and eager to please. Great customer service by repeating back the order. Best babaganoush I’ve ever had, and the tabbouleh was freshly made.

First time dining at this local wonder. The ambience is wonderfully relaxing. The place smells delicious. Our server was courteous and quick to bring us the most delicious hot buns I’ve tasted in along time. The seasoned butter was fragrant and a perfect compliment to the bread. Unfamiliar with Mediterranean food, I chose a chicken burger. It was delicious and the serving side was ample. The whole meal was enjoyable.

Hands down the best lamb chops!! They are always cooked to perfection. Juicy and medium well! I frequent here often and always enjoy the food. I do carry outs and have hosted a few lunch meetings in the dining area. I love sipping their fresh juices or tea while I wait for my food. The staff is always friendly and I am always excited to come back.

The customer service was excellent. I love the decor, the vaulted ceiling is beautiful. The temperature of the restaurant was perfect. The bathroom was well kept and smelled amazing. The food was tasty and the portions were huge if you don’t leave with a to-go box I’d be surprised. Don’t be afraid ti ask questions or substitutions for a fruit in one of the smoothies if you happen to be allergic to something. I’ll be coming back.

I found here by searching on Google and it did satisfy me! We love it and we definitely go back again when we’re visiting Detroit again.
Fresh baked bread was the best.
Kind staff.
Delicious food.
And the most important part, big dish with good prices.

I came with my best friend for dinner and we both already want to go back. I’d come again simply for the bread & garlic but all the other food was just as delicious. Our server was so attentive and even provided us complimentary baklava when we finished our food.

La Palma Middle Eastern Restaurant takes you to lands beyond. The menu has a good variety of selections to choose from. Stuffed grape leaves served warm. Salads were fresh and crisp. Service very attentive. Don’t miss the delicious garlic spread for the bread. Kabob meat tender. Definitely will keep in mind the next time we have an event in mid town.
