Real experience
Perfection in taste, presentation and service… however one server told me the dish in front of me was Japanese wagyu beef when obviously what I tasted was Australian wagyu beef . I know the difference in taste so I knew he told me wrong info.
There’s no way he didn’t know because the menu I received at the end of meal and the menu in front of the restaurant clearly said it is Australian wagyu beef that I just ate. I have a feeling he lied to me that I had Japanese wagyu to impress me but I know the difference well .

This was my first 3 Michelin star restaurant experience, and it did not disappoint. Everything was exquisite, with flavors and textures and experiences I never knew existed. I was impressed with every course on the tasting menu. I highly recommend the tasting menu if you have a few hours and want to see the best this restaurant has to offer. It was the best meal of my life (so far). The service was impeccable. I can’t wait to come back!

Expectation and anticipation was high based on it being the only 3 starred Michelin rating restaurant in Vegas. The appetizers and pastries were excellent. I agree with some of the reviews here that the main course was just average. It lacks those wow factors as one would have expected at a Michelin restaurant. It was not a bad experience at all, but it just wasn’t that unforgettable. A very good meal yet it just wasn’t as ‘amazing’ and out of the world as I had hope for.

What an amazing dinner experience. This place offers some of the highest quality French cooking. I am totally in love with the beet salad, and I am not even that much into beets. Who would think that pumpkin soup could be that rich, velvety, and delicious. Chef Robuchon truly is on top of his game. The best restaurant I’ve ever been to. First visit was about 15 years ago, and I returned yesterday.
If anything it was better than I remembered. Incredible, perfectly prepared and presented, with a depth of flavor and textural complexity that’s both subtle and extravagant and utterly defies description. It’s mind blowingly expensive but you get three hours of the very best dining humankind has to offer.

The food was beautiful. But unfortunately, only some of it was tasty. Honestly, the strawberry dessert was probably the best out of the whole evening. The caviar was good of course and so was the salmon. Everything else was pretty mediocre in my opinion. I had a stellar meal in November, but this one seemed far less luxurious and it seemed like they cut portion sizes. Very disappointing.
Don’t know that I would come back again. This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in Las Vegas. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was sophisticated. It was a truly special feeling, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
finally
A GREAT restaurant in every respect! Flawless service, remarkable food, perfect wine pairings, the desserts and breads were as noteworthy as the savory courses. Each of the 11 course were magnificent!
