Real experience
Enjoyed our dining experience as a family. Glad to have a wide selection of craft beers with German food. The server could have been more guest accommodating with menu knowledge and understanding with greater personality. Fun to enjoy this spot in downtown Fargo with convenient free street parking.

Oh my goodness the food was AMAZING! I brought my picky eater friend here and she loved it all! The pretzel is to die for and their house made garlic dip and their marshmallow dip for it is so amazing! I suggest trying the cheese curds in the marshmallow dip for a salty sweet treat you won’t forget. The carrot cake is also so moist and perfectly made. I’d give this place a 6/5 stars if I could. Can’t believe it took me this long to try here! Don’t make the same mistake I did by waiting so long to try this place out!

So I unexpectedly strolled into this place after hitting 2 other bars and of course the German beer never disappoints… but I needed food and I ordered the Jager Schnitzel with Spaetzel. This was the BEST Schnitzel I have ever tasted.
The mushroom gravy accompanied the Schnitzel in the best possible way. I could only eat half of the entree because I wanted dessert… the Bacon and Beer Flight. It was Fantastic! You have to come to Wurst Bier Hall! Great place!

I’ve eaten at several German restaurants in different cities… This one is by far the best. Great service, very friendly, great food, great drinks, and they even have TouchTunes.
The only thing I would suggest is, I’d like to see more desserts on the menu… Preferably German chocolate cake, or some sort of Cream puff pastry… And, braille menus for those of us who are blind would not be a bad idea. Otherwise, this place is awesome. The drink menu is large with a diverse selection of well-crafted beers, offering something for every palate.
However the food selection aims for authenticity but the dishes fall slightly short in delivering the flavors they’re going for. Nevertheless, the inviting ambiance and solid beer choices make this place a noteworthy spot for a casual night out.

An excellent concept well executed. It’s a brewhall atmosphere with excellent food and a nice variety of craft brew beers on tap. And they have wait staff who come to your table and take your order, a declining perk in this age of “food truck” style ordering. This is our new favorite place in Fargo and we WILL be back! Wow that is some good food! I tried the knoephla soup which was delicious.
I also had the poutine and asked if they could put some sliced brat on it, which they did. Absolutely fantastic! I sat at the bar, and the service was top notch! My server was very friendly and helpful. If you’re in downtown Fargo, this is definitely worth stopping in.

First time there, will definitely return. Fantastic food, reasonable prices. Great beer selection. They were short staffed the evening we went, but our server did an amazing job of keeping up.
