Loved the food and the ambience of this place.. been a regular visitor at this J Alexander’s location.. we had the
Nashville Hot  Chicken  Sandwich , Mr. Jacks Crispy Chicken tenders,
Cypress Salad 
Italian Meats Pizza 
Carrot  Cake and Chocolate  Cake 
Sweet Tea 

Note: If you are celebrating a special day, the Carrot Cake is on the house! 

Overall great experience with the taste of the food! Definitely a great American comfort food spot..

Jessica was a fabulous server. Very attentive and had drink refills without asking. Food was extra delicious. Seems this location, Cool Springs, is a lot better than other 2 Alexanders. We sat in a smaller brighter section which was wonderful. Just a great experience

Valentines date night was spot on!
Had the best experience possible. The service, food, drinks and atmosphere were all amazing. We can’t wait to return for more. We were seated by the fireplace in the enclosed patio area, very romantic and warm.
The salmon dip was delicious. Steaks were both cooked correctly and tasted delicious, along with the sides. Drinks were top tier as well, very smooth.

The atmosphere was very delightful.My guest and I didn’t have to wait very long to be seated,although it was very busy & we had no reservations. A table was available in a few seconds.The food was amazing,the display was a eye popper. We enjoyed each moment of my birthday dinner. The experience was over all wonderful.We are having yummy leftovers for later.We will return 

Took my wife to J Alexander for an early dinner today (12/28/23) and, I have to say, mr. Jack’s chicken was the best chicken tenders I have ever had, not too crisp, not too soft, and perfectly juicy and the honey dijon dipping sauce was the best. I also thoroughly enjoyed the crab cake we ordered to try and my wife said it was probably the best steak she had ever had. We are from Utah and this was our first time ever to this restaurant and I am glad we did and would definitely go again

In town for kids sports and stopped in for dinner. Excellent! Place was very busy so make a reservation. Brennan was an absolute pro and made the experience more enjoyable. Had the chicken platter – chicken was moist and flavorful but reading wasn’t very crunch. However, fries and sauces were excellent. Wife liked her steak and really loved the side salad. Daughter thought the chocolate cake was incredible. Very good bourbon selection and the Bearded IPA I had was outstanding. The menu is diverse but not overwhelming. We left satisfied!

Very nice place. One of our favorite restaurants to visit. Food and service are always on point. Very comfortable dining room. Perfect place for a working lunch, celebration dinner or date night.

Food is superb. Very fresh, larger portions and incredible flavor.

Service is top notch. I never have to ask for drink refill. The servers are VERY attentive and friendly.
