Real experience

The common man has been a favorite of my families for a very long time. The cheese and crackers they have for an app while you wait are amazing.

There is such an extensive menu that can easily accommodate anyone, their kids meals and prices could easily be the best kids options in the state. We got the almost escargot mushroom appetizer 10/10.

We got a pizza to share and our son got steak tips. The food was perfect and the wait staff were very nice. My sons meal came with dessert he was very pleased. They have a very expensive drink menu also, wish there was a common man in my backyard!

Walked in for lunch service, upstairs at the bar area. Paul provided exceptional service throughout our dining experience. We ordered a Mac and Cheese pizza and a side of tots. Both were cooked perfectly and had plentiful amounts of flavor. Atmosphere was rustic New England and was very relaxing. Combined with the seating and table it felt like we were eating at home.

Our first visit to any Comman Man restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised at how uncommon the food was! The menu isn’t huge but it did have lots of possibilities and we still had a hard time making our selections as it all sounded good. Foods full of flavor and good sized servings made for a wonderful birthday celebration.

The bread here is honestly amazing. The staff are very nice and accommodating also. But the mashed potatoes were among the worst I’ve ever had. Potato leek soup was also quite mid.

I’ve been to the Common Man several times, and it never disappoints. The food is amazing, pictured are the mussels and a side garden salad, very good. My friend had the lobster soup, and she said it was amazing. Prices aren’t bad for the quality you get. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a cheese bar if you want, although we didn’t have any. I like the atmosphere. It feels like you’re dining out, but it also feels comfortable and familiar. Will definitely go again!

The place has a nice, western ambiance. Good beer and liquor selection. We ordered the Arancini cheese balls, Steak and Lobster mac and cheese. The Arancini were amazing, steak was good, and the Lobster Mac n’ cheese was very dry and hard, over cooked. I do not recommend the mac n’ cheese but recommend the steak and definitely the Arancini.

I had the Mac & cheese with pulled pork- really good. Bf had breaded fried pork (forgot the name of it)- it was good, nothing special.
Atmosphere was a bit meh… we had expected it to be more lively.
Our waitress (forgot her name) was really nice.

We ate dinner here on a Saturday night, and everything was, simply put, AMAZING!!!!! We have traveled to NH from NY a couple of times and stayed in a hotel that was close and have never went here. This weekend we were there for NASCAR race and daughter and son-in-law took us here and everything was great!!!! We definitely found out what we were missing and will be back the next time we visit.
