The ambiance at Capriccios was nice; especially with loved ones. The consistency in quality of food left a little to be desired. I would have expected every dish to be excellent at the price.

The steak tip, veal parmesian, tiramisu and chicken alfredo were quality- while the crab linguini and cheesecake were lacking. The wine selection and choices were excellent.

The service was good as well despite being a busy night. I would give it another shot but not before exploring other Italian restaurants in the area first.

Food and service were exceptional. Highly recommend the beef wellington and the risotto with beef…

I got the special of sweet potato gnocchi with braised short rib which was very good. Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I got the strawberry cheesecake for dessert and I found it tasted more like poundcake but nonetheless it was still very tasty!! It was very light, just wish it had more of a graham cracker base…

The co-reviewer and I stopped by for dinner to celebrate our anniversary.
It has been a while since we have been here and found it to still be a 5 star experience.
The restaurant is very clean and comfortable and John B. and his team took care of us the entire time.

We carefully read the menu but the specials sounded delicious.

After an outstanding Mozzarella Caprese appetizer the co-reviewer has the Bay Scallops and I had the Braciola over polenta.
Both were outstanding!

We finished with the cheesecake and promised to be back again much sooner than the last time!

The bar at Capriccio is really great…Tucked away with a lounge area in the back in a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I had a few drinks at the bar last night and had the best service… and the drinks were incredible!

We tried the bartender’s own creation of an apple butter old fashioned and it was literally one of our favorite drinks we’ve ever had. We were sitting by the service well and, even though they were super busy, the bartender was still attentive and friendly.

We ended up at the bar kind of coincidentally due to our plans but will definitely go out of our way to return in the future!

This place is amazing! I took my son for his 11th birthday. We ordered quite a bit of food off of their menu and everything was spectacular! The caviar and beef carpaccio and oysters to start with, followed by our mains, filet mignon with a side of truffled parmesan fries, lobster cardinale and finished off with a crepes suzette with fresh berries that is flambed at the table.

Every single thing we had was beyond delicious! The staff was amazing as well. Our server, John was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was very attentive. He was extremely kind and super funny. The rest of the staff was also incredible. We can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu.


If you’re looking for fine authentic Italian dining, this is among the best in the state. I take folks here from out of state often, and they rave about not only the cuisine, but the excellent personable service as well. This time was no exception from valet, to bartender, seating, and waiter. Thanks so much, looking forward to our next dining experience.
