Real experience

Best breakfast chain!! Super heavy portion sizes!! We tried the appetizer combo having onion rings, fried chicken and mozzarella sticks!! Also tried the chicken fajita omlette with hash browns and classic and cinnamon pancakes!! The unlimited refills for drinks are amazing. For drinks we tried the iced coffee and raspberry lemonade!! The waitresses gave good suggestions and great service!!!

I had the absolute best server & forgot her name  but we were seated fast, taken care of with excellent customer service & the food was good hot and fresh, and came out in a timely fashion.

Being in the hospitality industry for over 10 years makes me really appreciate great dining experiences 

The pancakes they serve are really yum. They also serve egg omlet which are great and filling, burgers, mains are also on their menu.

They have spl menu for kids and elder people which are on discounted rates. We tried their strawberry cheese pancake. Buttermilk chicken with spinach and mashed potato on sides and plain waffle

Steak tips were absolutely the best that I have ever had at IHOP. Apparently the cook on tonite has been there for something like 10 years and has his flair that he puts on certain things, and the steak tips were definitely one of them. Absolutely juicy and succulent, and the flavor was the most amazing ever!!!

Visited IHOP New Castle. It was after the noon rush and it was quiet! Kyeith was our server and he was very attentive to us! Our meal was delicious and served in a very timely manner! Keep up the excellent service IHOP New Castle!

I love this place!
This was my first experience at iHOP. The service was quick and friendly, the waiter was nice and funny, and the pancakes was great.
I am from Europe and love American pancakes – so this place seemed like heaven 
Just great.

I will definitely come back to iHOP, the next time I visit the US

Arrived. Was greeted immediately! Told us she will be right with us (cool).
Returned quickly. Sat us and said our waitress would be right with us…despite her section was busy, she gave us prompt service. Our glasses of juice came out first..our glasses are were sparkling clean! The food was excellent! Temperature, presentation, accuracy of our order was CORRECT! Before leaving, ppl were being greeted by the hostess and server with the same high standards.

And their food looked so good l wanted to stay and order lunch. This team at this New Castle, DE store location go above and beyond for their customers satisfaction. Compared to our last visit a year ago l vowed to never step foot in any IHOP ever.

The cooks were arguing and one walked out, and so did we, BEFORE we ever got seated. Today’s visit? Was a 360 degree turn for the better. Management? Be proud of and continue your support for this team.. it’s working! Thank you!
