Real experience

The new chicken sandwich was literally out of this world and the best I’ve ever had. It was so thick, cooked to perfection, with real deli pickles which just brought out all the flavors without any being overwhelming. I will definitely be back again and again. Oh and not let me forget how great the service was. 1st and foremost,. They always have chicken ,. It’s always hot and fresh. I always get everything I have ordered with no complications. . The staff are always friendly and polite. Love me some Popeyes

The atmosphere and the staff are very courteous, kind, and friendly. The staff especially the lady with the hair net, here has gone out of their way to make sure that my food was fresh, and that I felt as comfortable and peaceful as possible. As someone who has lost a lot of family, the lady their made me feel like she’s the auntie who feeds the entire neighborhood.

The cook gave a slight nod of respect, one of the workers got up from her break, washed her hands, and put on her gloves to ensure the accuracy of my order.

Thankfully, i worked in New Orleans in upscale dining, love to eat healthy, but enjoy an occasional cheat meal. It doesn’t feel like a fast food cheat meal because of the quality of the staff who doesn’t feel like staff, but they work with love like family ensuring everyone is fed. This culture is so kind, caring, and generous, I went in for take out, but ate it as dine in. It’s easy to tell this store works from their heart.

I usually receive Okay service at this Popeyes. On this occasion the Customer service was great that’s to the New Manager and the young man at the window. The communication was clear and respectful about what they didn’t have at the moment. My food was also good. Thank you. Sorry I didn’t get any names.

This chicken sandwich every one has been crazy about is actually really good. Mine had a little more breading than chicken meat. But the side of mash potatoes hit the spot too. I’ll be back. Never have I ever stepped in a Popeyes where I was treated with good customer service and fast food. This one is the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Fast team, food was fresh and hot, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will drive an hour out of my way to come here

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was told it would be about 3 minutes on them (making them fresh to order), that was not a problem at all. I don’t mind waiting especially if I’m told in advance. Everything was fresh and correct.

Best Popeyes I’ve ever been to customer service-wise drive-through! Everyone is so wonderful, each time I was greeted with a smile, and the food orders are always correct. I look forward to visiting each time!
