Real experience

Great restaurant! I made a reservation for me and my line sister and we arrived on time and was escorted to our seat promptly. Cameron was an amazing server!! Very professional and knowledgeable of the menu and offered great recommendations.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very great. It’s currently restaurant week and I had the crab cake, winter fruit salad and the filet mignon with the cherry turnover for dessert. I can’t wait to return to this restaurant in the future.

Amazing! I had the lump crab cake and watermelon salad as appetizers. I had a glass of Cabernet (Justin) while sitting at the bar mind you food was utterly tantalizing! Waiting on my entree —- folks you can’t go wrong here! Will definitely be back … found this restaurant while here on business.

Went yesterday for our anniversary. From arrival to end, the staff was friendly and wished us happy anniversary several times (different staff members). Food was excellent — we highly recommend the fried green tomatoes app, the pork chop and the espresso chocolate cake. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar, also pleasant.

For those interested, there’s a large patio for dining.

We will not wait until our anniversary to go back. Too good for once a year!

5 stars doesn’t do Saludas justice. The atmosphere while dining was very elegant. We really liked how the overhead lighting put a spotlight on each individual table, giving it an intimate feel. Our server Cameron was very attentive but didn’t hover. He also made a couple of good dining suggestions that were dead on. Which brings me to the food. EVERYTHING was de….licious!! I had the Brine pork chop, and it was the best I’ve had in a long time.
We were visiting from out of state, so we likely won’t get to visit again anytime soon. However, if we are in Columbia S.C. again, we will definitely stop by Saludas.

Outstanding!! This place was amazing, from the delectable drinks, to the mouthwatering food, to the fantastic service, this place was top notch and a definite new favorite place for our date nights! Worth every penny. Frank was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had.

He constantly checked on us, kept our drinks full, and cleared empty plates. When one of our dishes wasn’t perfect, he got it fixed without hesitation. The food was absolutely delicious! From the melt-in-your mouth lobster mac n cheese, to the juicy steaks, everything was beyond exceptional! Thank you for this great experience!

An amazing experience having great food with a lovely ambiance and superb service.

We were a group of 6 people and had ordered multiple items with various appetizers, drinks and desserts. Everything tasted great and was freshly prepared.

Our server was amazing and she ensured that were very well taken care of with utmost responsiveness and dedication.

We have dinner at Saludas every time we come into Columbia and sometimes we come just for Saludas ! Food is delicious, space is clean, service is knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is quiet and romantic.
