Swift & Sons restaurant Ambiance is comfortable and the service is excellent. Started with French onion soup and steak tartar, both so good. Had the aged bone in Ribeye, WOW, with mash potatoes and green beans. Beautiful bottle of wine and my company was extraordinary. Will definitely return

Real experience

The place is amazing. Form look, service, drink, and food 5 star for me. I had the the dry aged ribeye steak full of flavor in every bite. Had an amazing time there Everything about this place is amazing. The service was phenomenal, the filet was melting in my mouth, the fries with the bearnaise sauce? AMAZING! We also got the seafood platter which was so worth it. That caviar potato salad 10/10. Can’t wait to come back. They have a crazy selection of wine and the cocktails are really good. The creme brulee with this caramelized vanilla ice cream, I dream about it.

Swift and sons beat our expectations in food and service. Steve , our host was very helpful and patient. He gave us suggestions on food. Cocktails were very good. We were happy to celebrate our son’s birthday here We visited on a Saturday evening and had reservations. The service was amazing. The server and bus staff were attentive and polite. The server was well versed on the menu and made some excellent recommendations. The cocktail cart was a nice unexpected addition too. Food was delicious. The steak was cooked exactly how we requested. So happy we saved room for desert too! Overall very pleased and will return.

This restaurant is huge. Service is overall good. I always get Beef Wellington there. Not a fan of their way of cooking crab cake (they will add lemon to it). Wine list is very long. Cherry sorbet is refreshing.

Celebrated my birthday here. Loved the vibe! Perfect place for special occasions and dates. Great food and drinks. They serve and cut the beef Wellington by your table.

Exceptional service and exemplary food. I’ve dined there two Saturdays in a row; that’s how great the steaks and sides are at this place. Old-fashioned vibe. Excellent service. Maitre d was professional and knowledgeable Steak was delectable. Decent bread basket. Sides (mac and cheese, mashed potatoes) were above average, although I didn’t care for the brussels sprouts. Dessert was fabulous, including the cookie skillet and creams brûlée I might have gone 4/4.5 stars, but the table-side experience (from a magician, no less!) was astounding. You have to pay for it, but trust me when I say it’s worth it. We were blown away

Swift and sons had it highs and lows. The high was the decor, your traditional steakhouse warm and comfortable setting. The staff was kind and attentive. Lastly the bread was very enjoyable. The lows, the music was disconnected, I was in a steakhouse but felt like I was dining at your local tavern. What was very upsetting was the Swift & Sons surf and turf which is their waygu hanger steak and lobster Thermador. Both were tough and inedible (see photo). The presentation was insulting as well. My husband had the burger which was presented better and tasted better. They did replace my meal with a waygu rib eye which was very good, but the steak presentation was still undesirable. I would not visit again. It didn’t feel or taste like your traditional Chicago Steakhouse.
