Ogawa Restaurant

seaweed salad was super fresh, very good gyoza. looking forward to dining in next time as the dining room & sushi bar are so cute. definitely should park behind the restaurant
The food is freshly prepared and served with care. There are Korean dishes on the menu besides a nice selection of Japanese entries. My favorite is the Bento box with Sashimi.
Parking is easy with spaces in the front or parking in the lot behind the building. The chicken bulgogi is very good.

Easily the best sushi in Morgantown. Consistent nigiri and sashimi. Inventive – and large – maki. Very good cooked Korean food as well. The bulgogi box is hard to beat for a lunch special, and for non-sushi eaters there are dozens of other cooked options as well.

Takeout orders are always packed in a visually pleasing manner, and they make sure you have plenty of utensils and sauces separately. For a landlocked area, this sushi can’t be beat.

If I could I would give them more stars.
Definitely best Japanese restaurant in WV.
Everything was beyond delicious, presentation was great, and the service was just top, every waitress and waiter was very kind and attentive.
Has definitely become a must stop every time we go through Morgantown

Super cute and cozy place. Very friendly staff that greet you on your way in and out! Food was freshly prepared and hot when it comes out to you. I’d definitely visit again, especially with the price points, they’re surprisingly cheap!!

One of my favorite places to eat! I love the sushi rolls here! The bento boxes are amazing also. But my all time favorite is the seafood okonomiyaki. If you have not tried okonomiyaki you really need to it is beyond amazing and Ogawa makes the best in town. Also the poseidon roll is insane. I love eel and this roll (even though it is $20) is delicious and worth the price. The eel is so good. By far my favorite roll in town and my favorite place to get sushi.

This is my favorite restaurant in town. Love the sushi. Love the welcoming, cozy feel of a locally owned restaurant. They always call out a welcome as you come in. (Makes me feel like Norm on Cheers!) The sushi chefs are very experienced and do a wonderful job, even under the pressure of a full house. The owner is very friendly and kind and concerned about making sure you have a good experience. Lunch boxes are tasty and very reasonable.

The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. Definitely recommend the Sizzking Seafood Bowl if you’re into various seafood, or the Nabeyaki Udon if you like noodle soups. The Tako Yaki is good for an appetizer, but do note it has octopus if that’s not your thing. Can’t say much about the sushi, haven’t tried it, but it looked good. You get a little miso soup bowl when you come in, which is pretty good. Definitely give this place a chance!

finally

Great Japanese food, perfect for sit down or takeout if you go to WVU. Good selection of food like noodles, chicken, sushi, and even Korean.
