Rose Mary restaurant This place is the talk of the town and it’s easy to see why, was thrilled to get a last minute late night reservation while in Chicago. The best fresh pasta I’ve ever had, truly shows how good pasta can be and how watered down most actually is. Airy décor made for a lovely setting, overall great experience from start to finish

Real experience
First time out in the city in 2 years and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere of Rose Mary was welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing. As suggested we ordered everything upfront. The kitchen decided on the order delivery. The food portion are a little larger than tapas. Enough for two to share. We will go back again for the next special occasionLived up to all the hype. The pork ribs were the best I’ve ever had. Fell right off the bone. The grilled cucumber salad was so unique & fresh. And I highly recommend the tunaMenu Rose Mary restaurant

Great food and location. Great atmosphere and restaurant scene. If you like Croatian Italian inspired food, then this is your spot. The service was good along with all the dishes and deserts. Try the lamb saddle and Gnocchi, both were wonderful. What a fun place to eat. Sit down with your party and enjoy sharable plates family style. They have an extensive wine list and an attentive staff. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is great. Love all the live hanging plants. The service was excellent and the food came out super fast. Almost as if the dishes are already prepared before you even order. We had 2 risotto dishes and they were exquisite.Amazing! Took me forever to finally snag a reservation but I’m so happy I did. The food was delicious and service was top notch. I had heard so many good things about the restaurant and already had a few dishes in mind to try before we even got there. Can’t recommend the pasta with a lamb ragu sauce, the squid ink risotto, and the pork ribs enough! Flavors were wonderful and presentation was lovelycomments 3
Amazing food and bar service on a shockingly busy Thursday at 5PM. I loved everything I ate, particularly the clams, zucchini fritters and olive oil cake. The vibes are fairly chill with the buzz coming from the open dining room floor plan and low music. What an experience Joe Flamm designed. Friendly, cozy, fun, and beautiful food all around. Will be back to try more of that perfect menu.

We really enjoyed our meal at Rose Mary. We ate family style and started with the Zucchini Fritters and Scampi Na Buzzara (the shrimp dish). For our larger dishes we had the mezzaluna (duck ragu) and lamb saddle. All the dishes were great but the mezzaluna stood out as our favorite. The service was amazing, very meticulous and fast, the waiter made us feel comfortable the whole time. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful but it was a little crowded and we were sitting near the door so it ended up being pretty cold (as can be expected during the winter in Chicago). Overall great meal.
Did not live up to the hype like a lot of west loop offerings these days. Too big and too busy to deliver a personal experience. Share plate concept doesn’t make for a well coordinated meal. Clams were full of sand. Gnocchi was overcooked and mushy. Flavor profiles were alright, but over salted
