Real experience

Delicious food for a good price. I got the chicken platter on my first go and lamb platter my second trip there. The portion size is decent. The container is filled with veggies, meat over rice, and two small pieces of pita bread. I would not mind another piece of bread. The sauces out on the table are delicious; they really enhanced the flavour of the lamb.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is clean and not crowded. It’s filled with extra large picnic-style tables, which promotes table-sharing. The aisles between tables are a bit cramped. Environment overall is comfortable. For dine-in, there’s no clear spot for tray returns so we just put it on the counter. Staff have a “we’ll take care of you” attitude and make sure you get the best experience out of your food.

Dog-friendly! I brought my service dog in training and it sounds like they allow other dogs as well. Did not check for gender neutral restrooms yet.
Edit: I don’t think they have this policy anymore. Regular pet policy: ask the manager before attempting

Update: the bathrooms are not gender neutral, but they are out of sight of the main dining area.

The food was pretty average but I expected more white sauce and hot sauce. The prices are reasonable in this area, especially when restaurants food items are getting higher.

My go-to gyro spot! Expect there to be large portion of well seasoned meats and rice. Ordering from King of Gyro since they opened and I’m glad to say their food has always been consistent and on time for delivery.

Also, all of their sauces taste great they have bbq, hot, white, and green sauce

We get lamb and chicken hero’s from here and they are delicious. Most chicken from gyro places are dry and bland but chicken from here is flavorful and delicious. But I have to say that the rice is what I love the most. Their rice is flavored perfectly. Honestly would eat the rice on its own with no objection. Service was fast.

Street parking but it’s not really an issue since All we did was pick up our food and head out.

Hadn’t been to this place previously since the first time I came across this place was during the pandemic while trying to order delivery. Loved the food and visited in person today to pick up. The rice is made with spices and the meat is usually very tender and juicy. Ordered the king platter with chicken, chicken kofta and fish and it did not disappoint. The quantity is great and there’s accompanying pita bread and salad as well. What’s not to like 🙂

First time there we ordered food to go. Very friendly staff took time to explain menu. I ordered the supreme with chicken the meat was great nice portion. The only thing is you have to order the pita on side it does not come with. We also ordered chicken kabob the meat was on the dry side, maybe pre done. But still good.
