Real experience

This was our first trip to Hayashi Japanese Steakhouse, and I expected it to be good. It was. In fact, it’s surpassed our expectations. It was surprisingly delicious!

As usual, I got a Bento Box. That’s my favorite go to for Japanese restaurants. This one was a great deal better than the others I’ve had around town.

We also got hibachi shrimp. That too was simply delicious.

I quite enjoy eating at Hayashi. The hibachi/teppanyaki experience is always fun, and their chefs do a good job of properly cooking everything (nice and juicy, well timed which is impressive given the variety of meats, veggies etc on the grill all at once). The food itself tastes fresh and of quality ingredients.

The sushi is really good as well, easily among the best in town! Worth coming just for the sush

It is absolutely astounding. Not only did this restaurant have great food they also had funny and kind costumer service. 10/10 would recommend. Good soup!

We had a very enjoyable time. We went with our three little ones, and they absolutely loved the food. Our chef and server were top notch and very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Large portions with a great price.

Food was amazing as always, however this was the worst service I have ever had. Ordered sushi and waitress kept making excuses for why it was taking so long. We never got a refill the whole time, had to ask for silverware. We finished our dinner and had asked 3 times for the sushi while everyone that walked in after us got theirs.

Excuses as the sushi bar is behind to finally giving us our check still with no sushi. She stated sorry I forgot, I had to tell her I still want the sushi but to go. Had to wait another 25 minutes to get the sushi to go, while we watch 2 more tables walk in and get their sushi. Horrible waitress. Lost stars due to service.

We went for a friend’s birthday. Great food entertaining chef. Very nice. He cooked for us. I think you have other options.

Love coming here for an early dinner. Couldn’t honestly tell you for how many years but I prefer the bar top unless we are in a group big enough to take an entire hibachi table. From full dishes to sushi the food is very consistent. I appreciate that when I comes to bigger restaurants that have a large amout of customers daily. They are also one of the only places that serve Black and Gold Sake.

From the greeters to owners the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great for all types of occasions. Will continue visiting as I have through out the years.

Our meals were excellent. Our waitress was attentive and a pleasure. The atmosphere was serene. Our entire party was pleased with the selection of this establishment for the “send off” luncheon for my grandson leaving for Okinawa with the Marines.
