Real experience
The Ragu as the entrée was my favorite! The appetizers we got were pretty delicious. Carne crude was good along with the beef meatball in marinara sauce! We also got CONIGLIO which is rabbit loins and it just tasted like chicken

So glad to find neighborhood gems like this. Great food, service and atmosphere. The portions were perfect to share and everything was delicious. Pasta was freshly made and very flavorful We had another very fantastic meal here at Osteria Langhe! It was our second time here and it did not disappoint! They successfully walk the line between fine dining and a place that gives you a lot of food (whatever you want to call that). The portions are strong for the price given the quality of food and everything you order will be top notch! They bring it out as its ready which is always preferred and the pastas are incredible

Where do Italians eat in chicago? My vote is for Osteria Langhe. Great first date & it all hit the mark, from mushroom soup to the vitello tonnato (my fav) & the brasato. The food, the wine & the service were all amazing. I have a new fav italian restaurant Osteria Langhe presented a nice all around dinner for our group. Service was good, but certainly not a highlight of the meal. We started with the scallops which were a big hit followed by the tagliatelle bolognese and ravioli which were both good but weren’t life changing.
The rabbit and polenta were excellent, but the truffle risotto was a let down, with only the taste of truffles and no other flavors really coming through. Also at least replace the nasty mirror in the bathroom for the prices they charge. Overall 4.2/5.

This is the best Italian food I’ve had in my 6 years in Chicago. I typically inhale my food at a ridiculous speed, but the truffle risotto was so good I found myself taking my time so it would last longer. Not only was the pasta absolutely insane, the service was amazing! Everyone we spoke with was clearly so passionate about what they were doing which isn’t something you see very often. We’ll be back sooooo many more times!
